From Ms. Roberts:
The students are learning about a new program that the school is involved in this year. The program is called CATCH. It is a program that encourages the students to eat healthy foods, educating them in which foods give them more energy (GO), which ones only give them energy for a little while (SLOW), and the foods that take away their energy or slow down their body’s metabolism and make it harder to think (WHOAH). They are also learning that to make their bodies work as well as they can, they need to have 60 minutes of outside time to exercise and get out their energy each day. Please aid the school, and your children in encouraging this new program, and bringing CATCH into your own homes. OHS Theater Troup is having Movie Fundraisers on Thursday and Friday. (7pm) Admission: $3/person, $5/couple, $10/family of 4 Includes: Drinks, Snacks, Games, Prizes for Costumes, and of course the Movie Movies: Thursday: The Book of Life Friday: Poltergeist (PG13) Requires Student ID or parent signature if under 13.
