We had lots of things happening this week in our class, city, county, state, and country. Today, we had our first spelling test! I am happy to say that the students made it through the experience. They brought home another list tonight.
Thank you for sending in your conference time sheets. That is going to help me a lot with scheduling tonight. The students made a thankfulness tree this week. It is displayed proudly on the inside of our classroom door, so you will be able to see it at conferences. It turned out really nice. Each of the students wrote down something that they are thankful for. There is going to be a Newspaper Club beginning on this coming Monday, November 14th. Please send a note in with your child giving permission for them to stay after school and take home the second bus which arrives at the school at 3:45. Important Dates and Upcoming Events:
